Horrible shopping experience. I ordered a shoe for my son on September-11 and they still have not shipped it on Oct-01. I followed up on Sep-25 and asked to cancel the order, but they could not do it and promised to process it ASAP. But a week later no progress. The worst shopping experience I have had.

Terrible customer service. Ask for a cancellation an hour after ordering. They get back to me saying they can’t cancel it. Then they proceed to not even ship it until a week later and now I have To pay to return it. Total scam of a place

Total fraud. I ordered a paddle and ball some days back. I have been asking when it will be shipped and the customer service keeps giving some excuse or the other.

I ordered a Perseus Pro V direct from JOOLA for $320.95. It arrived with white chalk-like marks on the face, fiber debris near the edge guard, and creases across the signature. I photographed it and emailed JOOLA the same day. I never used it. My original request was simply a price adjustment so I could keep it. JOOLA answered it as a warranty claim, which it never was, and told me the damage was cosmetic. Then a team lead told me they couldn't determine whether the paddle had been used because the seal over the grip had been removed — and in the same email stated the item had been used. The seal was never removed. It was intact and visible in the photos I had already sent. After I sent close-ups, JOOLA retracted: the seal was intact, the paddle appeared unused, and they apologized for the original photos being unclear. They then continued to insist I pay return shipping, despite their own published policy stating that returns caused by their error ship free. Two more emails later, they acknowledged in writing that JOOLA was at fault and issued a prepaid label as a "one-time exception." Seven days of email to obtain a return their own policy already provided for, after being told I had used a product I had not opened. The paddles may be good. The way I was treated over a documented defect was not.

One of the worst experience i've ever had with ordering online. Customer service is the worst. Good luck with getting help from them if you have any problem. Shipping is a nightmare also. and they won't help you at all.

Their paddles don't last and the company does not stand behind their paddles. Purchased a JOOLA Ben Johns Perseus Pro IV 16mm Pickleball Paddle last December. The edge guard started coming off. Filed a warranty claim, they sent a replacement. The core on the new paddle cracked in 5 months. Reached back out to them and they said they can't help me with their warranty because I didn't register my paddle through their app. SERIOUSLY!? Register through a pickleball paddle manufacturers app. What a total scam! A local store said these are known problems and Joola has dropped their price on them from $279 to $150, dumping poorly made paddles on an unspescting public.

Worst customer service I've ever seen. I bought a paddle, they shipped me the wrong one so I created a case on the site with an image of the wrong paddle. Never heard from them after a day or 2 so I called and waited about 27 minutes and finally entered my number for a call back, when they called back the guy let me know they were about to close probably 3 times. He said he'd send me a label to send back the wrong one and once it's trackable they'd send the correct paddle I paid for. I got an email a day later that said they needed to further the investigation with the warehouse and to send more pics. I sent more pics and now there are telling me to ship it back with the label they finally provided and they will send me another one once it's received. What a total joke.

I wish there was a 0 star option. Terrible customer service. Sent me a paddle with a large gash on the rim. Returned it with a label they provided but when I followed up they don’t know what I am talking about. Still haven’t received a replacement paddle or any update. It’s been almost 2 weeks. Terrible experience. Buy a paddle from somewhere else!
