Great experience. Got Provisional card in 24 hours!

Super fast and super easy. I felt very unsure going into the interview as I didn't have all of my medical records with me. The doctor went through my medical history with me, asking what all I've done to combat my diagnoses, then said she believed I could benefit from MMJ, as I met the criteria. As soon as my interview was over I applied with the state, and almost exactly 28 days later I revieved my official issued card. 10/10 would (and have been) recommend!
