Check Your Card Expiration Date
I received an email stating that my prescription was up for renewal so I didn’t even bother checking my card. I immediately set up an appointment and paid my money. I saw the doctor and went to enter my information on the OMMA website only to discover that I had another year left on my card. I notified you guys and you refunded my money and the mistake was blamed on a computer error. Yes I should have checked my card, but I should be able to trust the people that I use to get the card in the first place.

Hi Kevin, we do want to apologize for the inconvenience this error caused you. We have since fixed this issue in our system to make sure the expiration dates match the times on our patient's cards. We hope to be able to help you renew your card next year when it truly expires. We'll be happy to help :)
