The process was simple. Made an appointment to talk to a Dr., the doctor called at exactly the time they specified. I explained my needs and why I needed a MM card. I got an email shortly after in which I had to upload specific documents and less than a week later my MM card came in the mail.

Very useful information on strains. I’m starting to use my medical marijuana card and Leafly has been helpful in finding what I need and where to get it. Plus I appreciate users’ reviews.

It was a great experience the doctor was very caring and I had a difficult time logging on to video which I thought I missed my appt time I felt relieved when the doctor called me directly to see why i wasn't present on video. It was a quick and easy process that allowed me access to additional support for my diagnosis

CANNOT GET A HUMAN ON THE PHONE TO CHANGE AN APPOINTMENT TIME, EVEN THOUGH THEIR GOOGLE LISTING SAYS THEY ARE OPEN 24 HOURS. CANNOT CHANGE OR CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT THROUGH THE WEBSITE (NO MECHANISM TO DO SO). EMAIL ADDRESSES LISTED ON THEIR CORRESPONDENCE ARE FAKE AND DON’T WORK. [EDIT: FINALLY got a human on the phone after 12 hours and got my appointment cancelled and refund processed. Told them point-blank that it looks sus as hell when you cancel through their website but don’t get an email confirmation … and then the email addresses they list in their correspondence turn out to be invalid when you try to contact them to make sure that the cancellation went though. When I canceled through the website, I didn’t get any email notification to confirm that cancellation, nor did I get any email notification that I would be refunded. I tried cancelling multiple times and each time, the website treated it like I hadn’t cancelled that appointment already, so I knew it wasn’t fully registering there. I had to try multiple email addresses on their correspondence before I found one that actually worked and it wasn’t until ten minutes AFTER my appointment had started that I was able to get a human on the line to confirm it had actually been cancelled. Would not want to repeat this experience for anything.]

Everything went as smoothly as possible. I don’t have video chat so I talked with Dr. over the phone. I got my form emailed with DRs signature ok very quickly filled out my part, uploaded the necessary documents and in a week had my card.
