Complete scam. They will never put your consultation through and will ignore every single phone call and email. Avoid this place at all costs. Stole $170 from me and never heard from them again. The doctors don't have certifications or degrees. Nothing but a scam

Unfortunately, your responses were inappropriate, disrespectful, and completely out of line. In our company, we don't allow anyone to refer to our staff the way that you did. For this reason, we processed your refund immediately, as mentioned to you on the call with our representatives yesterday. We wish you all the best in your quest to obtain your certificate elsewhere.

It was quick and didn't take a long time. The doctor was very courteous and even when my phone wouldn't work he called my son's phone.
