After speaking with one of our customer service representatives, we understand that you are still waiting to receive your card in the mail, after having processed the payment with the state. We want to stress that this part of the process is unfortunately out of our reach, and it is the sole responsibility of the state to get that to you. We recommend you reach out to the state office to get their feedback on the delivery of your card. However, feel free to always reach out to us if you need any guidance navigating the state process, and we will be very happy to help in any way that we can!
