I need to get in touch with Doctor afterwards for a question and I need something changed on my paperwork and I left 2 messages and still no response after 2 weeks..I can't even use his diagnosis for my use.

There was a problem with the connection so the short appointment was disjointed. This isn’t the fault of Leafy Doc but it did impact the quality of the service. I was very appreciative of the reminder to renew my license and they made the scheduling process easy.

In the end I was able to get my card renewed, but it required two appointments with two different Doctors even though the first Doctor approved my renewal and told me I was all set, I never got any confirmation of the approval and never got my new card. After going back and forth with Customer Service- who were very helpful- they finally just scheduled a new appointment with a different doctor who reapproved me (again) and I was able to finally get my new card. I have generally been happy with LeafyDOC, and their customer service was very good, but somebody dropped the ball this time. It was probably a one-off occurrence, but it wasn't worthy of 5-stars. I'll still be using them for my next renewal based on my previous experience.

Well I paid them for a dr visit and the card. Which wasn't needed in Iowa. But that didn't stop them from taking my money which was $150 then I turned around and had to pay Iowa $100 more. I feel they should have told me that I really shouldn't pay them. Iowa's $100's had a dr i could have seen. Any how besides all that the reason I'm even here with a review is because I have tried reapedely to call customer service or have them call me. Because I need an increase of my monthly supply and I have to have that same dr. Increase my amount for each month. And no help. I also have never received my card. If they would connect with me I wouldn't even be heere.
