Hello Josh, Would you mind sharing with us where you got this code from? Thank you! ____ Thank you for updating us with the business that shared this code with you. We unfortunately don't have a relationship with this company - might it be they are referring you to a different company? Thank you for your feedback, Liz. We sincerely apologize for any surprise regarding the state fees. We strive to be as transparent as possible and ensure this information is communicated clearly in our email follow-ups and on our website's FAQ and pricing pages for each state. To clarify: the payment made to Leafy DOC covers your doctor's evaluation and certification to enter your information into the state registry. The additional payment is the required state registration fee that goes directly to the state government (not to us) to finalize your application and issue your medical card. We appreciate you pointing this out and will review our communications to make this distinction even clearer during the onboarding process. If you have any questions about the state fee or your specific application status, please email us at [email protected] so we can personally assist you.

Hello! Apologies if there was any miscommunication. In your state, once you are approved, all you need to do is head over to the dispensary with your ID - as the doctor has already registered you in the state database. Please let us know if you need any further assistance - we'll be happy to help

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration. The fee paid to Leafy DOC covers your doctor's evaluation and certification which we submitted to your state's registry. Receiving the physical card or final approval is a separate process handled by the state government, which requires a separate registration and fee payment to them. You are not on your own—if you are stuck on the state's website or need help completing your registration, please email us directly at [email protected], and we will gladly walk you through the final steps to get your card or approval.
