Leafwell sent me an email that my medical marijuana card will expire soon so I went online to renew it and I renewed it and I was expecting for the new card to begin when the old card expired. My old card would be expiring on May 15, 2024 and the new card which is supposed to be a renewal says April 19, 2025. so that means I lose almost a month. It should not be like that when you renew your card the new one should begin after the old one expires. I feel like I have been ripped off slightly. Not happy may not use you again.

Hi Larry! I appreciate you taking the time to leave us feedback. I can understand your frustration regarding the lost month on your previous certification. In California, patients can start the renewal process 30 days before their expiration date but that certification does begin at the date they are seen.
