The doctor was quick and asked all the…
The doctor was quick and asked all the right questions. I met with the doctor on Thursday, my certification was in with the state Friday. I just received my card in the mail on the 21st. Whole process start to finish took about 10 days.

My options for pain Relief
I am painful for the ease of getting this card and the prompt appointment that was available.And the timely matter in which my card. I do not take pills and with his cards I'm able to ease my pain with an alternate message method. Thank you reflect for your expertise, your understanding, and promptness.
