I would like a refund for my $139 from…
I dont want your help anymore i want my money back you can have your dam medical card. I want my money back you will give me my money back you i will see u in court you people are rediculous. Give me my refund or go to court and you will remove me from your records or face charges im not dealing with your crap

Hi Andrew! I apologize for the frustration and any confusion caused. The patient self-evaluation is a requirement from the state, after approval and before patients can pick up orders from the dispensary so the pharmacist knows how best to assist. We are unable to change this requirement, as it is set by the state and we are just the certifying provider's office. Since the provider completed the consultation and services have been rendered, we would be unable to issue a refund. I will notify our Escalations team about the complaint, and ask if they can reach out to see if there is any clarity we can offer regarding the patient self-evaluation. Super professional, was approved after meeting with the doctor for less than five minutes. Well sent and all the necessary info so when I did meet with the doctor, everything was already lined up and smooth process. Much easier than I ever expected. Thank you again.
