I love what they did the talk to me through out the hole remodeling and I love it

Amazing! Could not ask for a better experience. My shower is no longer an eyesore but is the jewel of my bathroom! Cleaning the shower is now a breeze instead of an all-day affair! Thank you!

I was incredibly disappointed that what was written on the order was not what was installed in my home. The shower was to be expanded and it was not. The company refused to correct the error and we are now looking at a tub surround that we did not agree to. I am so disappointed and would never recommend this company. The do not stand behind the work they do.

This hasn’t been the best experience but expected because I’m a single woman. Started in early June 2022 and just competed end of September. The sales person was excellent even though the company didn’t fulfill what I was told would be done. However management is quick to collect your deposit but then timelines definitely were pushed further then promised. The work wasn’t competed in two days as told more like a week and a half. Then had other issues arised like no water in the bathroom sink faucet, the toilet leaked an electrical not hooked up correctly once they completed the shower install. They did correct those additional issues after I stopped payment on the balance. Also make sure a building permit is pulled then you won’t have these issues. They didn’t on my project even though I was told they would but no inspection took place and when I questioned them was told oh no permit is required for replacement. Not true. Shop your options do your homework with any company and make sure your getting what your paying for not excuses.

We enjoy our new shower.

We are pleased with our new shower. The crew was hard working and did a good job.

We love our walk-in shower but the sliding glass doors are gimpy. They feel cheap and look cheap. Not satisfied with them. Perhaps if the top section over the doors were glass, it would stabilize the doors. The installers took down a towel rack and did not reinstall it.

INSTALLER WAS ARROGANT AND RUDE TO HAVE ANY KIND OF CONVERSATION WITH. HE WOULD ASK ME IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS, THEN WHEN I QUESTION WHY HE DONE A PART OF THE INSTALLATION THE WAY HE DID THE WORK, HE WOULD GIVE ME AN OBTUSE REPLY. LIKE, HE WAS THE PROFFESIONAL AND I WAS ONLY INTERFERING WITH HIS WORK. HE HAS DONE SEVERAL INSTALLS OVER THE YEARS, HOW MANY HAVE I DONE. I TOLD HIM I HAD DONE THE ONE HE WAS WORKING ON SEVERAL YEARS AGO THEN HE WOULD PICK ON WHAT I DID NOT DO RIGHT, WHICH I KNEW BETTER. MUCH OF THE TIME HIS ARROGANT CONVERSATIONS WAS LIKE THIS. I AM MUCH OLDER NOW AND BECAUSE OF MY FRAIL HEALTH, I CAN'T DO IT LIKE IN MY YOUNGER YEARS OR I WOULD HAVE DONE IT MYSELF, AGAIN. BUT I THOUGHT HE CUT CORNERS ON PARTS OF THE CONSTRUCTION. LIKE NOT INSTALLING STRONGER FRAMING SUPPORTS FOR THE FIXTURES LIKE GRAB BARS AND SUCH. HE WENT WITH THE CURRENT VERTICLE 2X4'S. DID NOT DO ANY KIND OF WATERPROOFING ON THE 3/8 PLYWOOD SUBFLOOR AND THERE ARE OTHER PARTICULARS I WOULD HAVE DONE BUT I COULD NOT QUESTION HIM BECAUSE HE WAS THE PROFESSIONAL, SO HE SAY'S. I WAS JUST GLAD HE WAS DONE AND OUT OF MY HOUSE WHICH HE DID NOT CLEAN UP AFTER HIMSELF, EITHER.
