Installer brought the wrong track and had to come back and uninstall the track. He then put a new track but the holes did not line up with the old track in my steps and so he had to repair it. He was not happy about that. Another person came and fixed the stairs where the holes were. Who's disappointed that that had happened. The chair makes some noises going up and down the track but chairlift promises to fix that.

On September 2, 2022 I entered into a contract with Leaf Home Solutions with the intent of replacing my leaking shower. During the contract process I was processed three (3) walls around the shower and tub area. The Leaf Home representative showed up and completed the first half of the work but with a MIXED standard on week seven after starting that the ordering process should take three to four weeks. After several attempts to contact Matt the Leaf Home representative I was in contact with and also without success I was provided the contact information of Daniel. Daniel showed up to review the work that was completed the week before Christmas and agreed to take corrective action. Since then I have not been able to contact Daniel and have been in contact with Josh with mixed results but their is a representative working on my bathroom. The following issues were found upon completion of the first attempt to replace the shower: 1. Water damaged drywall was not replaced (corrected January 11, 2023. 2. Shower pan wrong size (replacement pending) 3. Window sill removed and improperly replaced 4. Window trim not properly sealed 5. Window sill not fully extended 6. Missing soap holder. 7. Shower divider wall not professional cut. 8. Tub siding not properly cut on three sides Daniel agreed to send a representative on December 27, 2020 and a representative has not showed up to correct or complete the work. Each time I call the organization I’m given a new date and no one shows up. As of today I was given the following dates December 29, 2022 and January 2, 2022 all of which were no-shows. On January 11, 2023, another representative was sent from your organization and as of today the work is still being completed because the wrong parts were ordered.

The work was completed within one day as promised. However, when cleaning up the white sawdust from cutting the plastic panels and small scraps of demolished material, the technicians borrowed my leaf blower and blew the white shavings and scraps into my front lawn. The small debris was quite obvious for several days, but has since disappeared somewhat by rainfall. Only a few of the larger pieces remain.

Everybody was so polite, on time, knew how to do what they had to do, and willing to help out with any and all things.

It only took one and a half days to install my walk in shower. They replaced my garden tub/ shower which was a bit oversized. They cut it up into about 5 pieces and removed it. They were so caring being careful not to make a mess. If needed they cleaned and picked up along the way. The installer was very meticulous and professional. When they left you wouldn't of even known they were there except for leaving me a gorgeous walk in shower. There #1 concern was my safety in that shower. Then funcuality, then esthetics. Our installers name was Matt Swain. There is no better.

The work was well done but communication was terrible because none of the workers spoke English. Tge supervisor would pop in now and then and his English was okay. Very frustrating considering how much money we spent.

It was easy to order & fast. They came down in price to what we could afford.

Because of a medical situation, we needed a first floor bathroom bathtub converted to a walk-in shower. The salesman, Ronnie, came to the house on a Friday. The presentation was exactly what we wanted, but way more money than we wanted to spend. Ronnie said that they could do the work the next week and because of our situation we agreed. Tim the installer took two days to tear out the old tub and build the new shower. The results are spectacular. You must understand, our house is 107 years old, still occupied by the third generation of the same family, it deserves loving care and respect. We are more than pleased with the quality of material used and the craftsmanship of the installer. Thank you Ronnie and Tim.
