I was so excited to get my walk in tub. I had wanted one for a long time. There was one major problem. I didn’t realize I would have to go and find tile to replace my other tile I had for the past 19 years. Being handicapped it is difficult to get out and go shopping. Once I do find it I will have to hire someone else to come and lay my new tile. I wish this had been told to me prior to my purchase. I was told my tub would be installed in one day, two at the most. Instead it took four days. One day was due to the installer realized if the door opened at a different end than the one I had picked out it would be easier for me. He was a very wise and observant man. He also showed me how much room I would have if my tub fit flat against the wall verses diagonally like my previous tub. As far as the work, it was great. And I was very appreciative of that. I love my tub and would highly recommend them.

Great salesperson and installer.A little more than I wanted to spend but a lifetime warranty eases that pain and it has already helped us immensely! Would definitely recommend Leaf Home Safety Chair/stair lifts to everyone. Installed in about 3 hours by one super individual.

They were fast. I liked that I didn't have to remove anything because they did it for me.

The employee for the estimate arrived exactly on time and the employee that did the installation notified me with an eta for arrival. Very punctual people. Very honest and informative about their product. I had no clean up to do after the installer left my house. Very efficient Would recommend this company to anyone having any of their products installed.

Friendly and professional. This process was a breeze. The work was excellently done. I was really impressed with the final outcome of this bathroom remodel project. It makes me feel like I am walking into a new home every time I see my new walk in tub. It looks like it was custom designed just for me.
