The 1st Installer that was sent, had the smell of alcohol all over him. He was a good worker when he worked, but his punctuality was terrible. He didn't arrive the 1st day until 2pm and stayed until 4pm. I was told that the job would take 3 days max to finish, but it took 6 days for completion. One of the days, the Installer was a No Call or No Show. The 2nd Installer (Tom) was excellent. I have nothing but good things to say about the 2nd Installer.

I am waiting on your team to get the caulking off the shower. I have scrubbed on it for an hour and now waiting for you to get the caulking off. I have an appointment on April 21 for the caulking to be scrubbed off. I hope that it is cleaned off properly as I have been playing phone tag with you and everyone is nice but didn’t have time to clean it up.

The first day a bolt fell out. The third day a piece of plastic came out. All thee time the tech was working all he kept saying was Oh Jesus Christ!! He was not a happy camper and we all could tell that.

Install of chairlifts went smooth. However, Electrical subcontractor punched a hole in the wall which was not repaired.

The installer did a super job in making sure all items were aligned properly and did a complete check out of the system and it's safety features.
