Our sales rep was prompt and helpful. Installation went smoothly.

good job good job good job

The installer was amazing. Our new shower is gorgeous. Our only complaint is that the sales rep told us we could have a low corner shelf on which I could rest my foot to shave my legs. The installer said that we could not. I have a small teak footrest that works; however, it was a bit disappointing.

We did not intend to purchase a lift at this time and the ultimate blame is with us. The salesman was informed of this but continued with what can only be considered a high pressure pitch. I recently had a stroke and, six months ago would have ask him to leave after after a few minutes. I didn't. The salesman knew that we didn't need a lift in the foreseeable future. The parts that we were shown weren't full size so didn't really picture the mass involved. What we ended up is a machine that we don't need or use now and makes our stairs multiple times more dangerous to walk on than they were. I feel that the salesman should have recognized our situation and not pushed.

Everything was so easy and smooth from our initial meeting with Paul to the installation with Mike. We are really pleased with the results. There were no surprises and we finally have a bathtub and shower we can enjoy!

Prompt Response and installation

From the beginning when I talked about product and how much the product would cost to the installation was just smooth quick and a very positive experience.
