Don't return your call as they said .Ceiling is a mess. Sealer on the ceiling just wiped with finger or rag .Scrapes on the ceiling putting panels into place. No sealer on east end of panel top side. Their is a creeks when stepping into the shower. Got a phone call Monday after 5pm ,They said they couldn't help but some one from another office will call Tuesday to set up appointment to repair everything .Today is Wednesday no call yet ,

The salesman was delightful and easy to work with. We purchased and it was installed without delay and we are happy with the outcome. The only part that has been confusing is the manual perhaps because we are older adults and don't see as well or remember the instructions given by the installer. Simpler instructions in larger print with most important information on the first pages would be helpful.

Mounting of rails and chairs, and demonstration of use and features was well done. Electrical installation was unsatisfactory. Installer stated he could not install second outlet for the second lift as was contracted for. Wall for single installed outlet was butchered. Wiring to connect installed outlet was by back stabbed connections, rather than screw terminals. Connection for installed outlet left another originally wired device disconnected and inoperable, until reconnection by homeowner.

The job was started when promised. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. The product installed was what was promised and expected.

The whole experience was great. The gentleman who came out was so helpful and friendly. Everything went very smoothly. I am happy for the whole experience. I love my new chair. Thank you for everything. Carol

Sub Contractor came out and charged me fake fees and showed me fake pics of damages that didn’t exist to get extra money besides the amt financed for shower install . He was caught by the company management team and they made him return the money and later offended him to guarantee I pay amt financed . Charges will be pressed

Presentation by Brett West was complete in that he covered all the bases in an informative and complete manner. The follow_up by Chasten the next day was appreciated in that he confirmed measurements taken by Brett and advised that Eddy would install the shower on August 14. Eddy did a great job. He respected my home and I am well pleased with the results.
