All employees were friendly and knowledgeable about the stair lift. The installation was efficient and flawless. This a great product and easy to operate.

Delivered as promised. Installers were professional, completed project timely, thoroughly cleaned up the construction area. Next day I noticed that the shower door didn’t close tightly. Called them and they came out timely to correct the issue.

The installer and how friendly he was. Hunter had a excellent attitude and explained things well. The overall work that was done is a good value for the money.

There was a little hiccup at the start, getting the details of the job and financial info squared away. The actual install was great. Nice crew, timely, friendly and did an awesome job. Install was complete and they were done to my satisfaction in 1 1/2 days.

Knowledgable sales person. Prompt to respond on our inquiry. Installed on an unbelievable quick timing. Install person was the best. Very cooperative, informative, and went beyond to make the install correct and workable for us.

Our new shower is pure heaven! The installation was both professional and efficient, completed ahead of schedule with flawless results. Not a single leak or error to be found - just pure showering perfection. Thank you for exceeding our expectations!

1) The actual rail is very nice, although it extends too far out into our hallway causing a passage obstruction. This is also hazardous as I already tripped over it and hit my leg. 2) Although we were told that the electrical would be taken care of by Leaf Home and the installer walked in with an outlet in his hand stating to that he would be installing it. I responded that he would need to discuss this with my husband who was home and available at the time. Instead, he proceeded to install very unattractive nail tacks all around baseboard our squared in foyer next to our stairs. This included a very large unattractive black plug with a very long electrical cord, visible to anyone passing through that area. Also, black and red power and ground wires are exposed from the very unattractive and open electrical connection box which we feel is dangerous, especially for our puppies. 3) In additional to the very unattractive large manufacturer's logo (which we feel should be small and located in the back of the product) is prominently displayed front center on the seat, the unattractive motor parts are clearly visible on this product. We would have expected some type of removeable cover plate would have been installed. 4) Screw caps were not installed on the steps which should match the almond color of the rail 5) Although we called the day after the install to request a resolution to all of our issues, our concerns were pushed aside for 3 weeks due to Leaf Home staff personal medical, dental and family issue excuses, including no follow up or appointment cancellation notification for our scheduled appointment, which resulted in a no show for our last Dec 6th scheduled appointment. After calling twice and finally received a returned call stating a reschedule was needed. When the install manager was questioned about not having a voice mail his response was that he does not provide his personal telephone number. We do not understand why a business number with voice mail was not available. 6) We were surprised that the product actually has a bit of a wobble when it glides through the stair landing section of the rail, although we were told this is to be expected. If prior to purchasing we were aware of the details stated above, although we like the color and style of the rail and understand a lifetime warranty is included, we would have refrained from purchased this product. We currently would not provide a recommendation to others. We are currently experiencing high degree of personal stress regarding my elderly mom who will be visiting and hopefully potentially moving from her memory care facility. We are hoping that our next scheduled appointment Wednesday Dec 13 will occur and a resolution will be promptly agreed upon and executed.
