The sales person basically lied to us. He told us the product would do more than it can.

Very professional very detailed. Bobby N.C. RAL. WAS AN AWESOME installer respectful and caring. Wilbert and Elizabeth Woods

Nothing turned out like it was suppose to, but in the end, everything turned out OK. I was not able to get exactly what I wanted as I have a very old home and it wasn't possible. It appears to be working fine as it was installed and that is very important to me. I do expect I will need it more in the future than now. I was shopping around and ended up purchasing it because of the price, even though down the road would have been better.

Installer came out, after weekend to replace batteries. The original ones were defective. Still waiting on electrician to correct wiring for lights. At least chair is working.

Employees attitudes and dedication.

I received timely and great service. The technician explained the problem and how to fix it if it happens again. I appreciate the professionalism of the service department.

On time. Finished quickly.
