Leaf Home Stair LiftReviews of leafhomesafetysolutions.com

The whole process was very successful. The workers were extremely polite. Each time they left, they would tell me ex: we are going to lunch, or we are going to get tools; we are leaving for the day, and will be back tomorrow at about 9:00 am, etc. The workers cleaned up the “messes” wach day and made sure the floors were safe for me to get around in my bedroom, each evening. They were professional at all times! I have a safe place to shower, and am very satisfied with the job your company did with the shower renovation.

My husband of 60 years fell down our basement steps and his head hit a brick decorative pill and almost ripped his ear off, he also had a compression fracture in his back. While he was in rehab he fell again in the bathroom and received 3 more compression fractures and a rib or two, it was over a month and half. It was to the point where I was trying to figure out what I could do to move him upstairs. He had a hard time walking because of a vertigo type of problem. So while looking at my Facebook I saw an ad for the chair stair lift. So I had a rep come out and made a deal and it was put in before he came home. He didn’t want it, but the decision was easy, now he’s on it all the time. He calls it “your Tram”. So now he can go up and shower and other personal needs in his own space. Actually I use it more, I have a bad back and knees. Thank God for Leaf Home Safety…

We absolutely love our new shower and happy that we chose Leaf Home Safety Solutions! The installer placed the folding teak wood seat, shelves and the grab bars according to our height, so that it was customize for us. He was a hard worker, very professional, and did quality work!

a job that i thought was to take 1 day took over a week. the installer showed up late the first day and then had one excuse after another for not being able to work on my project.the second day was not much better. finally the second week i ask that another installer be assigned. that team worked all day and finished that evening. the only problem with the finished job was the shower curtian was hung about 7ft high my wife is 5"2'. now a few months later i have mould or mildew at the bottom of the wall where the shower wall and floor pan meet and it cannot be cleaned off

The initial sales process was good, they honored their match less 10% when we got a competitive quote that was lower. We had issue with the ordering of the basin. What we were sold was not available, low threshold in acrylic. They stated they couldn't back order it. Wanting the lower threshold an upgraded material was purchased which caused the overall price to return to the pre- 10% discount. On the day of installation the basin came with the installers. It was the originally ordered acrylic. Not a word was spoken. Called Leaf Home Safety Solutions to look into the issue and to resolve the price before final payment was due. Got the promise they would, not a word was spoken. They did return to the discounted price but only learned this when the installer presented the final invoice, In the end I got what I wanted but the lack of communication was no the best.

Salesman was courteous, friendly and explained the total project and presented us a cost effective installation price. Installers were very professional, work was performed in a efficient isn't manner and each step was explained and we were given the opportunity to see each step of the install in operation. The workers were safe, and jobsite was cleaned after install.

The product gets a 5 star review because it is top quality, very well made, and beautiful. It has added a wonderful, exquisite look to my bathroom. The sales people were friendly and willing to take their time and answer all our questions. The installation also receives 5 stars because the young man who did the work knew exactly what he was doing and did a great job. When he finished, we inspected the shower closely and everything was excellently installed. He was will to answer all our questions. However, his cleanup techniques were lacking. He only had a broom and dust pan. He really needs a small shop vac. The demolition of the the old shower caused lots and lots of dust. Also, there was caulking smeared on my commode and other items. I would give him a 3 out of 5 on cleanup. But he did an excellent job of hauling away all the old materials.

Lack of identification both on vehicles and on the workers wearing apprial. Not sure that the walls were properly sealed.. They did come back and spray the floor of the shower as it was slippery and they added another magnet for the shower head. The second person that worked on the project was a little unprofessional.
