Leaf Home Stair LiftReviews of leafhomesafetysolutions.com

Loved the installer, but definitely needed more than one person!! There were selling points the salesman mentioned that did not happen, such as attaching the support bars to actual studs by removing the wall(?). Did not anticipate the sides going to the ceiling, but I guess that is ok. Caulking job is terrible and I feel for 6500.00, the material was cheap.

No soap dishbar. Other then that no problems. Love it so far.

Leaf Home was on time and the gentleman Who worked on my bathroom was working Constantly and did an excellent job and cleaned up everything completely!

Our experience was a little different than most. When installation day arrived, it turned out that by some unfortunate circumstance, the shower door was not what my wife wanted, so Leaf had to order the correct one and reschedule the install. It took eight weeks for the door to come from the manufacturer, and I was a little apprehensive because no one at Leaf had contacted me during that period of time. I reached out and left a voicemail, and the guy from the installation dept got back to me in a day with an answer, and a date for them to come back to finish the job. Even though it took eight weeks, the second install tech did a good job and the final result looks great. We are happy with the overall experience we had, just wish the communication had been a little more on point.

Dust from their work was not cleaned up in the bathroom. I had to wash down my walls, floor, fixtures. Left a mess on my driveway and front yard. Shower is very nice and pretty. They did come back same day when I called because the shower head was leaking.

The installers were pleasant and competent. The work was done beautifully.

Beautiful walk in tub!

The new shower looks very good. It is what we expected. The new showerhead is a little less powerful than the previous showerhead but is not that much of a drop off.
