The salesman “Mike” was great…the installer was the best!

i was having issues with my stair lift but thanks to Chris (installation manager) and Zae (professional installer) they were able to fix the issues. They were extremely helpful, courteous, experienced and made me feel like I really mattered to them. I talked to Chris in the afternoon and Zae was out the same day and had the lift fixed in a couple of hours. This is an extremely professional company with employees that truly care. I would highly recommend them and their services to all that need mobility assistance.

Very professional with nice & courteous customer service. The installation with Matt Hollis was easy, quick and thorough. Was elated when the sales associate, James Williams, informed me during his presentation the company also do bathroom remodeling. I am going to use them when it's time.

We had a great install for our chairlift. The sales rep Ali did an amazing job explaining about Leaf Home Services and our chair lift. When Ali left we felt like family. The actual install went smoothly. Thom did a great job and after he was finished he made sure he explained the use and care of our new chairlift. He also had myself and my husband tryout our new chairlift. We are very happy with our new chairlift.

The saleswoman and the installer were both great. They were knowledgeable and conducted their jobs in an efficient manner. We were instructed in the use and upkeep in a very understandable way. We've been enjoying it!!!

I have the technician out here to replace the batteries two times. The machine has quit on us, while we are in the middle of the staircase. I have had to turn it off and turn it back on about 50 times to get my wife up to the top. I am very disappointed in the operation of this machine. It appears that something is shorting out the batteries. We may get two uses from this machine before it shuts down. Will you please provide us with a new machine

Trying to get a service technician to look at a problem is difficult. I called 5 times just to finally have contact with the customer service group. This is totally a installation problem. There appears to be bolts that were not torqued correctly. Other than that my wife loves the unit.
