This rating program is not good. It kicked me out once and lost all the info I just typed in. I had a bad installer, Maurice who did not clean up after himself for any of the 3 days he was here doing the master bath shower. He left large sharp pieces of tile, drywall, sheet rock in our bedroom, hall, foyer & bathroom. Luckily my dog didn't cut her food. Also caught him sitting on my washer and found boot marks on my washer from possibly standing on it to do drain work in the ceiling instead of asking for a ladder. Luckily my washer was not broken. Installer also reversed hot and controls on the shower. Also over used a cleaning agent that smelled so bad I got physically ill. There was so much dust and debris we could not sleep in our bedroom for 3 days. We had to do all cleaning for the days he was here. Then my wood floor was damage. I scheduled repairs but no one showed up at the scheduled time. I had to reschedule. This time Trent came out. He warned me he was good at floors, but not plumbing. Luckily only needed to fix the mixer that was installed wrong. He did do a great job fixing the floor. I am expecting a discount after all the issues we endured with the installation process. I recommend you train your employees better and make sure they know what is required of them when they leave each day. Also make sure workers are trained in all areas of repair.

Overall we were happy with our shower replacement. (I still feel that it probably cost more than I would have liked.) Our install required a custom sized shower base which took several weeks to arrive but we were told that ahead of time, so no complaint. The installer was quick, professional and clean, no complaint. Getting ahold of the office to schedule the installation was very frustrating, leave a voicemail and then wait and wait. That should be improved and is our only complaint.

I am very satisfied with Leaf Home Safety. They installed a chair lift in my home. They came out quickly and had the lift installed in a matter of days. There was one squawk after the installation that was fixed within a couple of days.

Happy to be able to use my stair lift but can't wait to get my new one on the right. Happy waiting to get my new shower installed just can't wait.

Sales was professional and had great suggestions. Took a bit to get on schedule but that's to be expected. You hear advertisements for "one day install" but ours took two. We have no problems with this. Better to take their time and have it done right. We love our shower and would definitely recommend Leaf. Nicely done.

We are very happy with the result of the work done by Leaf Home Safety Solutions. The quality fulfilled our expectations. The price (not cheap) was much reasonable than what others offered. The installer, William, was very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and fast getting the job done. The finish look is amazing. I highly recommend this company.

This is my second review. Maybe you got the first, but hope I can remember what I said! I was simply curious as to the cost of a stair lift and the salesman came over to my condo. He was very nice; nice enough for me to listen attentively to his effective presentation. I was afraid somewhat of falling down my steep stairs and did buy the stair lift and I am thrilled that I did. The installer came and by himself, installed it within two hours perfectly. I just love this stair lift and feel much safer in my home. And, I might add, it is fun to ride!
