I am highly displeased with the performance of this organization. I will not recommend this company as they have made excuses why someone did not show up two days in a row, and then when they brought in an installer from another location, there was adhesive all through my new wooden floors. The so-called completed shower had fingerprints on all walls and safety bars, and the shower tray was filthy. There was dust all over the toilet, and to top it off, the shower door was damaged, so I am delayed another week for them to complete the job. The panels installed are scratched as well. I am a patient man, and the truth is, I will never recommend this company to anyone else in any part of the country. To be fair, a manager is here today, July 19, 2022, to clean up the adhesive residue, clean the shower, and complete the faucet installation. Oh yes, the pipes now rattle. I hear, "we will make it right," however, the cost of over $10,000 for this installation will never take away the memories of how this entire project unfolded. The displeasure with Leaf Home Safety Solutions continued. My shower door was installed on Thursday, July 21st. The installed door was not the product I purchased which was a frameless shower door. I insisted to the manager it was not what I ordered, and I met with emphatic responses that it was. The LHSS website displays a frameless shower door. Very disappointed with the final product and I had had enough problems and settled for the stainless steel door unit. Besides the door needing to be leveled, it looks good. The problem is the shower unit itself is not complete regardless of the attempts to repair it by the local manager here in Indianapolis. He tried for over four hours to take the faucet apart and reassemble it to no avail. It is now July 26th, and I have heard nothing from Leaf Home Safety Solutions, so I am still without a shower. Because of the uncertainty of the plumbing that had been done, I proceeded to call Mr. ******* in ************ to give a second opinion of both the shower faucet and the shower pan plumbing that LHSS had completed. ****************** discovered that the shower pan and plumbing are leaking as it was not installed correctly. Since I had an appointment with my son, I had to invite the ************ manager to leave. The Indy manager shared he would call on Friday to set a time to complete the work, which was to finish caulking that needed completing, the faucet reattached to the wall and repaired, and a thorough cleaning ready for me to use. At 68, with a heart condition, I have never incurred such negligence on the part of LHSS. I requested a time to speak with the regional manager on 7/25/22 but have not heard back from him. All I want is a product that I can depend upon for years to come, and I am at a point I need to hire someone to finish it because I get no return calls. I honored the contract I signed and paid for the work completed and unfortunately, Leaf Home Safety Solutions did not honor theirs.

Be honest up front. Tell the buyer about the entire line you're offering. We didn't know a heated seat was an option. We could have adjusted something else to allow for the heated seat. We feel we were slightly pressured to make a decision based on what we told him we could afford. A more detailed explanation of the tub would have been helpful. Example: The pros and cons of the door; swing in or swing out. We were asked; do we want the door to swing in or out? Even if you had a warehouse where the customer can "try it on" would be helpful. They can feel which tub is best for them.

Tina was so helpful and so nice! She walked me through the process and made sure I understood everything. She talked about how the process would go and how it would look and made sure I had no questions whatsoever. She was wonderful!

I would recommend Leaf Home Safety Solutions to friends and family. The 2 workers came in, laid down the drop clothes and went to work. They were completely done in about 4 and a half hours, including cleaning up. Yes, they cleaned up- swept up the floor and wiped up the water that sprayed after they turned it back on. They checked to make sure there were no water leaks. They were very polite and professional.

Wow! I normally don’t write reviews. However, our experience with Leaf Home Safety Solutions were exceptional! The selection of colors, the pricing for a LIFETIME warranty, the professionalism/customer service of the staff (Mr. Lee & Mr. Chris), Deltrich, our seller and the installers (Richard & Rueben), were beyond reproach. The installers were meticulously clean and neat. They ensured paper was placed in the work area, our floors were covered and the walls were not damaged. When they left, you couldn’t tell they were working on the property. The communication was wonderful. Personally, we don’t like one day installs because you don’t know if there is underlying damage. Compared to other companies, we are truly satisfied with the end results. We would highly recommend to family, friends and anyone looking for a professional company with professional installers that are not rushed to complete a job. They worked steady, together as a team and kept us abreast of the next steps. Truly truly professional! Thank you to everyone involved in making one of our dreams a reality! They were kind courteous friendly and professional. They did what they said they were going to do in a timely manner. The answered all of my questions and addressed all my concerns right away.

We are very happy with our walk in shower. All Leaf people were friendly and knowledgeable. Installation was well done. Overall a great experience.
