For the price point
For the price point, their service does the job. However, there is little flexibility in the design of their lead pages and customizing the functions of their pre designed lead pages. This also includes the lead reporting function. I signed up for a training session with one of their agents and no one showed up on the call.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I had a question on my affiliate account...and wanted to get it all straight before the move to Partner Stack. My rep with Leadpages Affiliate Support, Jenifer Miller-Turnblom, took care of everything, made sure all was correct and informed me of what was what. Very quick, clear and friendly! woot! 5 stars! ⭐️ 😊 ❤️

LeadPages has Best customer service.
LeadPages has Best customer service. I had created a Lead form, but as a newbie, it was not optimized properly. Not only did LeadPages step in and give me the direction I needed, but they also handled another query for me which saw another team member step in and give me the help I needed. All in all, my experience with LeadPages has been nothing short of extraordinary and that is why I give them the highest award. They are simply excellent. Thank you LeadPages Team. David Jones

The support Leadpages gives their customers in terms of workshops and guides is so valuable. Yes, they offer easy to use website and landing page creation but they really help you navigate how to use them to improve your traffic and sales.
