I have been buying products for ten years and have always been satisfied with the quality.

I pill a day = A+ When I tried 2 pill a day that was too much!!!

I had a negative experience with my last experience buying Leading Edge products. Recently, I bought 3 packages of Her Solution Pills. I was not told that this entitled me to another free package of this product. Actually, I was not told anything. Instead the sales guy arbitrarily sent me a free package of Her Solution arousal gel which did not want. After I received my order, I called Leading Edge and told them of my frustratioin with the purchase process and my dissatisfaction with receiving something that I did not order. I was told that there was nothing I could do about it. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told that none were available but that someone would call me. As usual, I was skeptical about receiving a call and of course I did not receive a call. I have purchased quite a lot from Leading Edge lately and I expected a little better courtesy and customer service. Not a happy camper, Paul Lusher

Discounts that were supposed to applied from.links in emails never happened. Cost me quite a bit of money

Order arrived quickly and with no issues

The representative I spoke with was very polite, professional, and helpful. She answered all my questions to my satisfaction and assisted with placing my order.

I changed my mind after receiving an order and returned it. When I reordered other products I was advised that I could get an additional item that would bring the new order to the credit amount of the returned order for an even exchange of products. I accepted the exchange offer and am very pleased with the process. I will continue to order items from Leading Edge.
