I have enjoyed the benefit of Leading Edge Health products for a few years, now. Recently, Leading Edge reached out to customers, like me, in an effort to better understand customer needs, and as a result of the telephone interview session, I gained valuable insight on their products. The customer service representative was professional, listened to my concerns/needs and provided useful feedback in assisting me with well informed choices of what products may be most beneficial; I appreciated the company taking the time to make the connection and follow-up.
