I live in the UK and on top of a large delivery fee for my package, there was a customs charge of £72.68 ($90) which was required before delivery would be made. The package was returned unopened by the Post Office, but Leading Edge Health would NOT refund as per their 'No Questions Asked' Guarantee. Please be aware of extortionate customs charges making buying their products from UK, not worth the bother.

I have been buying from Leading Edge Health for years if I had a problem they did everything they could to help me make it right. Delivery is fast, they ship it out that day or the next day.

Don't trust their money-back guarantee ! After being dissatisfied with their product I took advantage of their 67-days money-back guarantee. It was still within 67 days from purchasing it so I requested refund. Customer service rep asked me to send it back to their warehouse by May 8th . I found strange that they gave me a deadline. I've sent the product back to their warehouse the very next day. During transit one of the international depos had technical failure which in turn delayed transport of the product. It arrived couple of days later. Not May 8th. Customer service rep then told me that the product arrived but it arrived late and therefore they can't issue refund. From my point of view they just looked for excuse not to issue refund and they found one. Why does it matter when it arrives ? Amazon has far better customer service and refund policy. Amazon isn't trying to trick anyone. You give them proof of shipping and once they have it they issue refund. Amazon doesn't care if it arrives on Friday or Monday. Not so with Leading Edge Health. I won't recommend them to anyone. If they fall short on their promise about money-back guarantee, what else do they fall short on ? Think twice before ordering from them.
