I have had only two minor issues since transitioning to Le VPN. These were both connection issues which could have been down to my local server. On both occasions Le VPN responded to my request for assistance within 24 hours and the issues were resolved as quickly with very courteous and professional assistance from a member of the LeVPN support team. I have been using Le VPN and its predecessor for years. And guess what? I'm still using it now. Why? The system is super stable and reliable. But more importantly the customer service is exemplary. Issues inevitably arise, more due to where you may be living. But the response time from these guys is impressively quick, often to the point of being by instant reply. And they get the job done. Very reassuring in these times of lockdown and logistical challenges. Top marks.
