I went over a year without connecting and then had trouble accessing my programs once trying again. I contacted VPN support and the team responded almost immediately with clear instructions. Had another glitch and again they came right back to me via email. I was able to connect and very happy. I’m just amazed at how good the support team was (thank you Arthur) in their quick efforts to solve my problems. Appreciated!
