Impeccable customer service - on the (rare) occasions I have needed help, the customer service is fast, efficient and absolutely what a non-techy person like me needs.

I like to be safer when using the internet from other sources than my home modem. Great for using country locked internet sites.

Totally happy with the Le VPN product after using it for many years now. I have recommended it to friends multiple times. The technical service provided - even for 'stupid' questions - is very efficient and always finds a solution quickly (usually my fault!), and I like the hassle-free way the subscription renews automatically without excessive form-filling.
