I've been using le VPN for some years now and have had consistently good service. Not only does the app itself work like clockwork, but the technical support has been exceptional. On the one or two occasions when something's gone wrong - just now because of a Windows update that interferes with the app - it was fixed after an hour or two. I'm not techy, but the instructions of what to do were simple enough for a child to follow! I can very highly recommend this company!

I cannot fault this service. As someone in their 70's I need explanations in simple language, so I've no complaints with the service I get. If I have a problem, customer services have always sorted it quickly. Just perfect.

A quick response was given to my problem of not being able to access the VPN. The solution was very instructive and easy to follow and the problem was resolved without any further issues.

Problems with connection after an upgrade... helpful emails, connection now working.

I have been a customer of Le VPN for over 3 years now, this following their takeover of My Private Network. I find the service very good and the support is first class. I particularly like the Smart DNS service which complements the main VPN service and is particularly useful when travelling in Asia and other parts of the world.

Awesome support from LeVPN as usual. Their tech knowledge is the best in the business and they had me up and running in hours, after I created a mess of my setup. Highly recommended.
