Good service, just need to improve on their processes.
They did our service notice for 3-days to pay rent or quit. The only issue I have, is that when posting to the front door of the home, the document was not in an envelope and was taped wide open for everyone to see the information on the notice, including the owner's bank account information. This should not happen. If this is the way all their notices are posted, then we may not be able to use them again. Hopefully they are able to improve on their process for posting notices. Bank account information is private should not be posted where anyone can see. The posting should have been placed in an envelope with the tenant's name and address and then taped to the front door.

Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. We completely understand your concern regarding the visibility of sensitive banking information. When a 3-Day Notice is served by posting, California Registered Process Servers commonly post the actual notice and document the posting with a photograph. This helps establish what document was posted, where it was posted, and that service was completed. For that reason, the notice was posted directly rather than concealed inside an envelope. That said, we agree that sensitive banking information should not be publicly visible. We appreciate you bringing this specific concern to our attention, and we are reviewing our procedures with our contracted California Registered Process Servers to better protect private financial information while maintaining appropriate documentation of service. We value your business and appreciate the opportunity to address this concern. We hope to continue assisting you with your landlord document preparation and service needs.
