Lazarus used to be amazing
Lazarus Naturals assistance program has been amazing for me, up until recently. I was charged the standard price unknowingly so I contacted customer service to figure out what was going on. I tried canceling my order immediately as the original price for the product was out of my budget. No Response. Multiple attempts to contact them and it seems they just don't care. I understand that it's the holiday season but that is no excuse to not responding to a customer with an urgent matter. Their CBD is good, which is why I'm not knocking it down to 1 star. But their customer service is nonexistent.
