Still waiting for a refund for…
Still waiting for a refund for Christmas of 2022. 5 Months and still no money. Scam I will never use them spread the word save your money..

Cancelar tu reserva puede ser un dolor de cabeza
El proceso de la reserva fue muy facil y las cuotas de pagos flexibles, el problema fue con sus políticas de cancelación, duré una semana solicitando cancelar mi reservación y me dieron muchas vueltas, hasta me dijeron que podría poner en riesgo mi cuenta con ellos si cancelaba ya que las cuotas pagadas no cubrían el boleto. Ojo con las políticas de cancelación

My flight I booked they said got…
My flight I booked they said got cancelled 3 different times , the last time was right before my last payment and the airline they said cancelled still had the flight available then they tried to put me on a flight that takes 25 hours to get to get to Jamaica. Horrible customer service
