Here’s your review in English: --- I had a disappointing experience with this service. The price shown at booking was in CAD, but I was charged in USD without clear explanation. When I tried to cancel due to this misleading pricing, I was also charged a high cancellation fee. The process lacks transparency and feels unfair. Customer service did not help resolve the issue. I would advise others to be very cautious before using this platform.

Para nada recomendable. Reservé hotel y aéreo, después de varias cuotas dieron de baja mi reserva de hotel por decisión unilateral. Al consultar la cancelación del vuelo interpretaron que solicité la baja y me ofrecieron,después de haber abonado 1000 dólares, 88 dólares de reintegro o 600 en un voucher para un futuro vuelo. CUIDADO!!!
