This company made it easy to book a flight & make small payments. I had one issue with a price difference due to some flight schedule changes & Laytrip did the right thing & made it right & refunded me the difference. I will use them again, everything was wonderful & straight forward & I am appreciative that they made things right for me.

Laytrip is an amazing program that makes travel truly affordable! Not many people can afford to travel with the price of living right now, but utilizing Laytrip is a FANTASTIC option. I booked two tickets from Chicago to Manila, and Dasha at Laytrip helped me every step of the way to make sure I knew what I needed to do and what to expect. Everything went smoothly and the trip was beautiful! I will absolutely use this service again when my fiancé comes to the US from Bacolod City! Thank you for making this possible, Laytrip!!

I recently used Laytrip for a flight from Miami to San Juan, P.R. First of all I tried to pay off the balance early, but was not able to. Then when the balance was paid off and I received my confirmation information, the flight times had been changed, so I called the airlines and was told I would need to pay an added fee to change the flight times back to the flight times I originally requested. I sent several emails to the customer service at Laytrip wanting an explanation as to why the flight times for my flights had been changed. There was no response for such a question. Ultimately Laytrip did get back to me, the issue wasn't with Laytrip, it was the Airline Frontier which had switched the flight times of my departure and arrival times significantly. I still don't know how I am going to manage this. I just wanted to correct my initial assumption. Laytrip provided their service as promised.

I was hesitant to book a trip with them, but I'm so glad I did. I booked a trip for me and my family to fly home for Christmas. It was my first time booking in advance as well as paying with plans, I really enjoyed it, it was really easy and helpful, specially for a big family like mine.

10/10, Would recommend! Booking my trip with laytrip was a great experience.
