Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a Four Hands media console and it arrive with a faulty closing mechanism. However, Layla Grace’s customer service was so prompt about helping me and refunding me that even though my purchase didn’t work out, I absolutely would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Megan’s customer service was just one of the best I’ve ever had furniture shopping.

Great customer service for 1st time order
I found the item i am interested in and received a discount for my first order with Layla Grayce. I called customer service to find out more about the shipping since I an in a different state and the representative was very informative and helpful. She made feel very comfortable with the purchase.
