After looking at Layla Grayce's excellent reviews, I bought through them. (Also got the chairs on sale, plus no sales tax and free shipping!) The 4 chairs arrived just as promised, but one was damaged. Layla Grayce VERY PROMPTLY took care of the issue, quickly sending a replacement chair. (Also, they did not ask for the damaged chair back.) The replacement chair also was damaged on arrival. AGAIN, Layla Grayce quickly sent a replacement chair and AGAIN did not ask for the damaged chair back. This final chair arrived in perfect condition. I am so pleased with this company.
