To my surprise, it shipped very quickly and the company personally reached out to me to let me know it was on its way. I assumed it would take at least a week to arrive, but took less than that. When I needed to get in touch with customer service, they responded immediately and had excellent customer service. 10/10 would recommend

I had found two chairs to match my other dining chairs, and the company wanted an arm and a leg for shipping, I I found the two chairs at Layla Grayce explaining the situation, and I was offered free shipping and a 10% discount. You cannot ask for a better service than that. Layla grace was prompt responding to emails. They made sure the product arrived into my satisfaction.
