I received my dining table and the base was cracked. I contacted Layla Grace, sent them pictures of the broken table base and they shipped a new one out and picked up the broken one. Their customer service was exceptional and the process was easy! I so appreciate great customer service and will purchase from them again!

I'd honestly not heard of Layla Grayce until now but found this end table (slightly lesser $ during a sale) that I was specifically shopping around for. A handful of different home design stores carried it but I try to go the lowest price route via online searching. I was leery to purchase here at first, as I'd never heard of them, but after doing some researching, they did seem legit. On that note...I went with Layla Grace. Now I'm glad I found them as the table arrived in pristine condition! I specifically wanted this end table for my adult video game room. (Nope...not my husband's game room, it's mine...his weird wife's video game room lol) Very happy and again, I'll use them in the future!

The Cyanite Floral Structure was beautiful, but arrived damaged. The customer service team at Lyla Grayce responded extremely quickly to my damaged goods report and kept me appraised throughout the replacement process. I had the replacement sculpture within a week of my report. In addition, the price I paid was less expensive then Horchow and several other sites which I had visited. All in all, a great experience.

Being given short notice to select and deliver the perfect gift to my best customer, Layla Grace came through with flying colors. They arranged to have it delivered to me on a Sunday. I had one day to get it professionally wrapped before the presentation the next day. Layla Grace surpassed my expectations. The piece of art is now proudly displayed on its own table in the lobby of their corporate offices. Nothing could have gone any better.
