The items we purchased arrived in perfect condition and looks fabulous with our furniture. It took a while to receive the items due to where we live, but when they arrived the delivery service was excellent, and kind.

I asked to fill out a survey because the customer service I received from Layla Grayce was EXCEPTIONAL. I ordered pendants for my kitchen and had an issue. They replaced the lights immediately and then we had another issue with them. LG contacted the manufacturer and was able to get me a full refund. In addition to that, they are helping me find new lights. Everyone I have worked with at LG has been outstanding and because of this, I will definitely continue or order from them and recommend to clients.

Everything was done correctly which is saying a lot these days. I ordered a large buffet over the phone and the helpful person guided me threw the entire process. I was kept informed on my upcoming delivery, so I knew when the furniture was arriving. The "white glove" delivery went very well and I am loving my new piece.
