Worst service!!!!! We scheduled and paid far in advance (3 weeks) and then they canceled it 20 min before they were supposed to pick me up. I had to scramble to find a ride to the airport and instead of it being $75 it cost me $200 with Uber. So disappointed!they said they’d refund my $75 what about the other $125 I had to pay because they cancelled it. Didn’t even offer to pay that difference. Poor customer service!

First of all I didn’t receive confirmation email. The day before my trip I call them, they communicate only by text , also my credit card provider notified me that card was charged by the company located in Australia. In LA was waiting 25 min and saw Uber coming ang going every minute. I check my Uber app to find it would be $30 less if I used it. At the end the driver arrived with Lyft sticker on his car. On the way back I followed the instruction to call 30 min prior and get a text that driver will be here in 4-5 min. Then I text it’s little early they said he can wait 5-10 min . The car had Lyft sticker as well. Drivers were nice , but you can just call Uber or Lyft directly in your convince incited someone from Australia doing it . I don’t have Lyft app, but would save $55 total if used Uber.

Everything went very welll with our ride. We were picked up at the airport. Our flight was delayed, but that was not a problem. We only waited about 10 minutes for our driver to pick us up after we notified them that we were there. Our driver was friendly and professional. I will definitely use this service again!

Weeks before travel I booked Jayride for the drive from the Oakland, Ca airport to Fairfield and paid for a round trip. When I arrived at the airport there was no driver. The company accepts NO telephone messages. While they had days to contact me via telephone or email, no one had done so. At the airport they sent a text saying no driver was available. I was stranded. I learned later, along with their preposterous apology by email, that they contract with a company called LAX Ride and have NO control over that company's drivers. This firm, as other correspondents have reported, is an immoral unethical disgrace.

My husband and I used LAXRIDE to get to our flight for our honeymoon and were very disappointed. The first driver they sent showed up 20 minutes early from the time we designated, and he left without contacting us. They sent a second driver, and when he arrived he said “oh you’re going to LAX? No, I don’t want to do that.” and rolled up his window and drive away without us. Finally they sent a third driver, who apparently also wasn’t told that we were trying to get to LAX. It took us three separate drivers sent by them for someone to actually take us, and by that time we were very late to be leaving for our international LAX flight. It was a very stressful and disappointing experience, especially considering how much was paid for this driving service.

I booked the night before my scheduled departure and got a confirmation email straight away. When I Text as requested 30 minutes before ride to find out driver details I got the generic message no drivers available. I waited 10 minutes and asked again and got another generic message. Hard to believe no drivers in downtown San Francisco in peak tourist season. Don’t take the risk, they are dodgy.

I booked this service through Jayride (site highly rated) a week in advance. Paid, got message that my reservation is confirmed! Going to the airport was a breeze, the driver was early and friendly.. 5 stars. HOWEVER when I contacted them to come back to airport 4 days later and take me home I got... "sorry your driver is not available so we are cancelling your reservation." WHAT!! I told them I am a single woman alone at the Orlando airport late at night, you can't strand me 90 miles from home! I asked for next available driver, anything.. all I got was "sorry for the inconvenience" Fortunately I was able to get a Lyft home... at twice the price of course.

Great on the outbound leg (Boston airport to Hyannis), on our return 3 days later, I text to say we were ready for pick up and received a reply saying that they could not reach our driver and were therefore cancelling our ride and issuing a refund. No refund received as yet. This left us stranded at Hyannis port with no way to get to Boston airport to catch our transatlantic flight. Hyannis is just under 2 hours away from Boston airport!!! Worst service I have ever received. Will never use them, or the parent company, Jayride, again.
