They never showed up and then refused to refund my money. Had to do a chargeback with the credit card company.

False advertisement. Thought I was hiring a car service not Uber or Lyft. Cost me double! Never again. My return trip to airport was delayed as a car was not sent even when I confirmed 1 hour in advance. Neither driver ever heard of this service. I don't appreciate a deceitful company. Will never use again. .

If I could give a 0, I would! SouthWest Air changed the flight time - I tried to notify LAXride by both text and email. I could not get a clear confirmation this change was provided to the driver. If there had been no change of flight, it may have worked smoothly. The communication process when changes are required is terrible. Also, I booked this in early April for the last weekend in June. Over those two months, I received 2 erroneous ride confirmations - one in Los Angeles and another a few weeks later in Texas. I was not there. I did not make these reservations. I wonder if two people were left waiting for rides ? I have no comfort level or confidence in this service.

Driver Was there in less than 10 min. It’s really Lyft. Felt bad I had to get to Easton which was 1 hr away. He was nice about it.

I prepaid for a shuttle from Cleveland to cedar point for a 10 pm arrival. I texted as soon as I landed and again when I was ready for pick up, but it took another hour for a car to finally show up, and it ended up just being a Lyft. I should have just scheduled an Uber or lyft pick up myself. Totally false advertising. I will never use this service again. I should have read the online reviews first. My driver, David, was really nice though.

All I can say is that these guys are the BOMB! And not in the 'airport' kind of bomb but the good kind~! We pulled up to the LAX express drop off, handed the info to the driver, and were immediately whisked away to our gate. I was given the option to have him drive or myself...and the choice to have him drive was a good decision. This guy executed a u-turn in the middle of a very busy street that we could have never had the guts to pull off. Freaking awesome. We were at our gate in 2 minutes. On our return when our plane landed, we called the number, and our driver was in front of the United terminal faster than we could walk off the plane with our carry on luggage! He was understanding when he had to make a loop around the airport until we could meet him. He told us he would find his own ride back to the LAX office. We thanked him, hopped in our car, and headed home. I can tell you.....it was a fabulous experience. We will use them again and again!!

I scheduled this service for an arriving flight. Even though we landed on time and I notified the service as soon as I landed, I waited almost an hour for a driver and had to practically beg the dispatch service for updates after 30 minutes of radio silence. This is a dispatch service that calls a Lyft/Uber for you when you say you are ready. The only advantage is that you have a fixed rate. Overall the wait times are much longer and the communication from the dispatch is poor. In my opinion it is not worth the savings compared to simply calling a taxi or rideshare yourself. I will not be using this service again and I do not recommend this service.
