Excellent service. My flight from Mexico City was canceled and delayed until the next day. They were very accommodating and easy to communicate via text. Any pick up at JFK is hectic, but we found each other and the driver got me home safe and sound. I live 80 miles from JFK and the price was awesome. Will definitely use again.

Terrible!!! Paid in advance for a trip from MD to DC, an hour and a half ride. Made arrangements 3 weeks in advance. Confirmed a week out, all good. Confirmed the day before and they had no idea what I was talking about, after sending receipts and confirmation emails back to them they said they were good to go. 1 hour before our trip I texted like they asked and they texted back, “We cannot service this booking due to operational difficulties.” I texted back to the 2 different numbers I had and never got an answer from other, none! Had to call a Lyft that took 2 hours to arrive, Missed our flight home, had to take a flight 6 hours later at a cost of $200 and was late to work when I got back home. Just terrible, they said they would refund the trip but haven’t yet. The worst.

the first driver showed and didn't have the correct ending address matter of fact it was pick up lax and end at lax (like who does that)when in fact i live 1 1/2 hours away. he refused to take me and my 2 kids home because he wanted a quick fair. the 2nd driver had the same destination but took us on the long journey home. i appreciate they sent another car right away (hence the 2 stars) but i wonder if the wrong destination was put in purposely so to 'trick' a driver into accepting a quick route and hoping they would just take on the longer one. seemed shady. but at least this time they showed up. on the first leg of the trip they didn't even bother showing or responding. i had to obtain my own transportation.

The system is easy to use, the pricing is better than others, the communication is very effective. Have been using this service some time already and telling others about this service as well.

These guys are just frauds. Booked a cab from JFK to NJ and paid 99USD, the driver who was sent refused to take me to my destination. When I informed Laxride they say they'll send me a new car, that never came. Then thy refused to reply to my messages. After waiting for an hour I had to take a taxi, and pay double the amount. This is just a rip off!
