Took my money 4 days before my trip, provided them contact information, told me to contact them once I reached Denver, said that I should provide my location, told to stand by and wait for driver information, and after a 30 minute wait they told me that they could not honor my already booked reservation. Happy Thanksgiving! I should have just called Uber! I better get my payment refunded! You suck! Should be no stars.

What a great service and my driver was awesome.

I missed my flight home for thanksgiving and no other flights out so now I’m stuck here at the airport after booking my own taxi to the airport. If you’re reading this just cancel and get a taxi. This company should paid for what they did to me and these customers here. Unbelievable. I hope the owner of this stupid company sleep well knowing he or she is messing with people life. Hope one day their kids and wife have to deal with this so they would know the feeling. Can’t keep on taking people money. Karma will hit you. Just wait. I’m praying that it does

Never trust this car service. They left us without a ride and we missed our flight. We tried to text and call but they did not respond. We are fighting to get a refund...What a mess!

LAX just left me stranded at Grand Rapids Airport. They don’t respond to text messages or phone calls. They stole $73 from me.

Confirmed my reservation before leaving for my flight. When I arrived at my destination and followed the text procedures and after waiting for my driver, was informed they would not be honoring my reservation. I was left stranded at the airport , alone, 1.5 hours away from my destination with no way to get home.

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited almost 40 minutes for them to cancel on me last minute with no warning, explanation, and a half asses apology. Attempted to reach out for assistance but the customer service seemed to not care at all. This is by far the worst use of my money and if you can avoid using this company good. Stick with Lyft or Uber. I’m sure half of these “good reviews” left on their website and here are bots or at least paid. Screw this company. Edit: spelling errors

Beware of this dirty company. Left our family waiting in the cold for an hour then informed us they have no driver for us. Customer service didn’t seem to care. Don’t let this company kill your holiday They will take your money and not show up! Research laxride and it’s all bad reviews. I should’ve done my research before I booked with them
