Ordered a custom Laxpack for my son. When it arrives I noticed a small issue with the embroidery. I reached out to customer service and received an email back later that day. They answered my questions and fixed the issue quickly. I gave Laxgear five stars for going above and beyond to help me get my Laxpack perfect.

Laxgear is a phenomenal company! Aaron Laaveg is a professional, kind, hard-working owner who has always met our team's needs and never hesitates to go above and beyond. His lacrosse bags are of great quality and have held up to many, many airline baggage trips to the east coast! He is creative and is able to turn around orders in no time. Aaron also has a great heart and is compassionate - when a couple of our players lost their homes to the Marshall fire last December - he didn't hesitate to donate bags to our athletes. Bought this bag for my daughter, Charlotte who is a goalie. It’s the best designed lacrosse bag I have come across. Lightweight, holds all the pads, shoes, helmet with the ability to carry the lacrosse sticks as well. It’s the perfect lacrosse bag!
