My son’s strap on his bag broke and when we sent them a message they immediately called back. They replaced it and had a replacement to us within a week. They even replace his back pack bag that some of the stitching had come a part at the seem. We had bought that bag a couple years ago and didn’t realize that it could’ve been replaced after couple years of use. They stayed in constant contact with us updating everything and even gave us a call saying when it shipped. Cant say enough about how great their customer service is
