The first guy they sent did a terrible job. He left big patches of grass unmowed in the lawn and didn't trim. The second guy didn't trim, he said he forgot the fuel for his trimmer. The second guy "got injured" and lawn guru didn't send anyone else with no notification. The third guy didn't show at all. You cannot call, only chat or email. They call the providers pros. They are just random people that have no idea what they are doing. Worst company ever. I wish I could give them zero stars. Do not use lawn guru!!!!!

Lawn guru is the most pitiful lawn service app you can ever use in your life when I first got them. It was OK but they never had good people to cut the grass. They always did half jobs now I’ve been with them for six months and every time I get a provider, they literally never cut my grass. I get a new provider they don’t show up. I got a new provider. They don’t show up and nobody can do nothing about it. Stay far away from this company.

Broke off a piece of my fence and unwilling to do anything about it because it's been more than 72 hours after the service. The job has been tossed off to 3 different people in the last 2 months and their unprofessionalism gets progressively worse with every change. I have canceled and advise against using them.

This companies service is Horrible. Its a good chance the contractor they choose will not do a good job. They first sent a guy out and then he quit in the middle of the job. So they refunded me, my money, and I told them, I didn't want him coming back and I don't want to use a service. Today they call me while I'm not at home. And tell me that somebody's gonna be there. In about 15 minutes, and I couldn't get home to tell them to stop. So they pretty much forced me to get the job done. And didn't even cut my whole backyard and left trash everywhere.And my back gate open. Fair warning Do not use this service!

After $100 mowing fee, yard was still full of 3 foot high weeds. No trimming done with mow. And this was for a Townhouse back yard. (Very small yard.) Too bad Trust Pilot doesn't allow photos.

Horrible. Constant no-shows and customer service does nothing. Then charge more when your grass is over 6 in b/c their providers don’t show up.

Horrible service. Poor execution and policies. Need new leadership! They dictate schedule which could change the day before mowing. Difficult to cancel service as there isn't any...

My daughter signed up for lawn service for me. No one ever showed up but she was charged. Reaching customer service was just about impossible . Tried reaching customer service to no avail. Then left a message and they said they would call me back . No one ever did.
