I don't want to give this company a star, it is the worse! They contract out. I had two different contractors mow my son's lawn & they both did a horrible job! I paid $88.00 for mowing, trimming, & blowing. No trimming & no blowing was done. I did a chat on-line & I'm not sure if it was a real person or a bot. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

On line communication dissolved into sexual and religious slurs. Supposedly this idiot Jacob is a co-founder of this company. If you’re into that try them. If not, go elsewhere.

I have had several providers. They all ghost an do not show. There is no mechanism to set up new mower.

Lawnguru says it’s a software company so it doesn’t have to take responsibility for the service it provides. Their policies are designed to frustrate customers into giving up. Like many folks here I had a great experience the first two weeks. When my first provider dropped me it spiraled from there. I’m in a large metro area and they can’t keep providers. My gut tells me they don’t pay well enough. Their customer service team is not proactive in helping place you with a new provider when one drops. I feel bad for them because they take the all the flak, meanwhile leadership at this company is silent, I know because I reached out to their head of CS with no answer. Find someone else, these folks aren’t it.

First, they sent someone out to mow the lawn incomplete (They only mowed what they wanted). Then they sent someone out to mow and they shattered my front storm door. Then they told me that they can’t help me and that I need to get with the contractor to get it resolved. Then there was crickets. Don’t bother with Lawn Guru

Awful service. Charged me for a mowing service that their contractor never provided (sent photos from a different property as proof). Awful customer service. There is no phone number to contact, the chatbot is useless and the “request” function takes forever and the answers you get are idiotic and repetitive. Worst company I have ever had the misfortune of giving my credit card info to. Buyers beware!

Absolute terrible company. Waited weeks for them to ‘match a professional’ with my service. Never happened. Apparently there are 4 neighbors who also use LawnGuru which has to be cheap marketing ploy …. Waste of time - no other way to say it. Don’t get me started on customer service or rather their lack there of.

Horrible company. I booked service and was promised to have someone on the property within 24 hours. First day goes by no communication at all. When I called their number I got answered by someone who claimed to be working on another property but I could hear the background he was clearly at home. I was promised that it would be done the next day in the morning. Next day goes by and it’s crickets again. All you get are automated messages trying to give you an excuse as to why they can’t come. First time was weather (it didn’t rain here). Second time it was “mechanical issues”. What a joke. Save yourself the headache and find another company to service your yard!
